No response to weeks old ticket (mute appeal)

So I sent a ticket via 2 different emails to GGG support regarding a mute I received recently for posting a harmless (although long) meme into global chat.

I get that it was disruptive, and I am sorry for that, I promise it won't happen again, but muting me almost a year for this? I know that mute duration escalates, but this was so harmless, I really feel like theres no way to justify this mute duration. If I was racist or sexist or w.e. I would get it and not complain, but it was just a meme.

Please, if anyone from GGG staff reads this, please look into it. I can't do anything anymore, I dont show up on trade, I cant whisper people, I am basically hardlocked into ssf for the next year if the mute won't get revoked.

I am aware of that, I am just scared that as soon as possible is way after the event launch :( I wanna be able to trade and have fun in global and stuff
