Purchase Did Not Come Through - Out $40 on Point Purchases
Can someone please help me with my purchases I did not get? I put the thread in here from the support email I have sent from my gmail account.
-- Hi, I purchased the Map Stash Tab twice by mistake after paying for points. I have not received the map stash tab yet. Can I please get some support on the tab and receiving it for my use? I would also like to know if I can be credited the points for the second map stash tab purchase. I made the mistake of buying it again because after I purchased the currency tab, which came instantly, the map stash did not and I thought I did not purchase it. Please let me know what we can do. My character name is : Medyat The Xsolla transaction numbers were: 1603475226 - 50 point pack 1603478276 - 50 point pack 1603482189 - 100 point pack 1603469537 - 200 point pack These were purchased on 2/1 and just after midnight 2/2 I have attached a screenshot from my Path of Exile account too with my PoE account name and the transactions.
