Loot highlight - easy to use and implement

Current loot filter realisation of course is very powerful and comprehensive. But for me and i'm sure other players - it's too complicated. We just need to highlight some particular items and avoid such eye-popping view:



It shouldn't be too labor intensive to add a button to the any item properties that will turn on/off additional highlighting for that item lying on the ground:



Maybe also add in entry "Custom highlights" to Item filter list:
