Can't whisper players via trade site

So I'm online in game PoE2 but Can't whisper players via trade site. The interface gives me a red error box that says can't whisper as I'm not in the game even though that's not the case. Tried to log in and out of the game too, same result.

Heya,
Can you please double check that you are logged into the correct sub-account on the website? This can be found on our website by using the "Switch Account" feature found at the top of the page. | |

I have 2 accounts but only one character in PoE2, made another account as I could not see the trade site for PoE2 originally (my bad probs). Does it fix the issue if I just delete the 1st account? Or does it potentially cause problems? |
