Ring modifier

Could some one help me with Breach Ring modifier.
Im wondering if my ring has All elemental resistance 15%. If I use Cold modifer on it to 50%, would the All elemental resistance also will go up to 22% ? Last bumped on Feb 16, 2025, 9:10:58 AM
