Why support never answer?

Support gave a positive answer to my question about mtx refund and asked for some more information. After I wrote these, he never replied to me and did not fulfill my refund request. He told me that it was accepted. Support Dani, if you see this post, please reply to me. 7 days have passed

My complaint is not about the long duration but about the fact that they responded and said that the process would be done and never got back to me. Best regard
