POE2 Unique Collection stash tab

Hello,
I've already tried numerous times to contact GGG via email to get this issue resolved, but they just wont answer (last reply was end of January, which just asked for account information). I bought the unique collection stash tab while it was on sale, but it never appeared in my stash. Is there anyone here that can help resolve this i just want to have this tab finally.
