Support query regarding supporter pack payment plan

Hi, about a month ago (last correspondence on January 10th, 2025) I finished my payment plan for the Sandwraith Assassin supporter pack. I've had the points needed to fulfill the payment plan sitting in my account since then. I understand you all are swamped with support requests given PoE 2's launch in December. I'm just posting here just in case my ticket got lost or something; I'd rather not send a follow-up email right now and send it to the back of the queue just in case. Can someone please help me regarding this?
