River Hag, really?

First post here, just died on Hardcore to the River Hag on act 3, had time freeze on which didn't matter, but this was my first encounter with this mob and it feels beyond terrible game design

1) Bosses can't one shot you this far in the game, but a MOB can? with a move that ignores all your stats? with a drowning mechanic that's never introduced, explained, or presented to the player?

2) No warning, no explanation or advice to let at least players know that now, all of a sudden, there is one mob that can not only ignore all your stats, but it can also one shot you, making you lose hundreds of hours, gear and items... because devs decided this is good to add

3) This is clearly poor game design and intentional in bad faith, there is no other explanation to it, and I imagine devs getting a kick out of this twisted concept, so players lose all their progress, grind again, and of course, pay again out of frustration - well after this, I can ensure you that you won't ever see a penny from me

4) while I asked in the chat what happened, I heard there are other parts in the game where this can happen but also never explained, I lost 3 HC characters before, all due to lack of skill or poor choices which I've accepted, and improved, but this time it feels beyond unfair and exploitative

5) lastly, for all the players rejoicing on these game mechanics and exploitative practices, enjoy, the game is certainty made for people like you

skill issue

no but really, you have to die at some point in the campaign, and once I figured out what they were doing, I realized all you had to do was dodge roll out of it and then just kill them before anything else. It wasn't too difficult.

I died with other HC characters, one during the Vaal/Chaos trials because I made poor choices and when it's skill, I will be the first one to move along and do better, I also had a character die recently on hardcore with a pause bug which I didn't even care tbh.

but it's not about skill, I think at level 42 I know how dodging works, on this case I had time freeze and was setting up AOE attack and get the death screen, I assumed I could be hit, with 3k ES I thought I was safe and then I could just temporal rift myself out of it... it's not skill, it's the fact this is a NEW mechanic, which the player so far is never informed, and can't really trial since knowing is dying, and that's absolutely contrary to how the game is presented this far,

I been having fun with the game, and supported with 100 bucks, because I felt like this was a blast in general, after this, as I mentioned, never again. I don't support these practices at all
Just wait till you get the River Hags with the bubbles + Volatile Plant boss + Grasping Vines on some burning ground.

Add in a "proximity invuln and corpse explode" for flavor.
Something that has the capability to kill me must be removed from the game.
They suck.
I posted this once, it casts at your destination when moving.
I was Doa in this one, its a pinnacle level attack.
