Microtransactions Bugged


I currently have currency to purchase items from the microtransaction on the website, but every time I try to purchase something it keeps telling me that I need to buy more points and it doesn't make sense. The same currency I see on the website is the same amount showing on the client on PC when I log in. Sadly the items I am trying to purchase is on the website. I have sent an email on Friday Jan 31st and have not received anything that tells me any type of status updated like if its being worked on or it has been received. Its been passed 2 weeks and I am still not able to purchase anything from the website with my currency because its showing me it does not exist. I think the problem could be that my PS5 account is also linked to my account and maybe registering from that currency that I have none of.

I am not sure if you will see this but this is a bug that I run into and I am sure others do as well. What works for me is to back out of the item you are trying to buy and then search for it by its name. Then click on either buy when you see it or click to pull it up. You should be able to purchase your items this way.
