However, recently I purchased some cosmetics and items in your official store, but unfortunately, I found that these cosmetics cannot be used in the game. Since the store did not clearly indicate whether these cosmetics and items are applicable to in-game characters, I misunderstood when making the purchase. As a player, I feel very confused and disappointed about this situation.
