PS5 200 points pack not received
I bought the the 200 points pack on the PS5 and the points haven't shown for a couple hours.
Is this normal? I tried all the fixes i have seen suggested online and emailed support. Last bumped on Feb 17, 2025, 12:08:40 AM

Can you please double check that you are logged into the correct sub-account on the website? This can be found on our website by using the "Switch Account" feature found at the top of the page.
