Unresponsive from support

Hello GGG support,
I've been a long time that I got no response from your team, I've sent in multiple emails to support@grindinggeargames for help on the supporter pack issues. Does this happen to everyone? it's about 1 month of silence now. I dont even know what's my status of the physical items, I can't even select any sizing or anything at all.
