Gold never credited after purchase

Hello,
I know this is a repost. But this needs visibility. Just bought some gold from the psn store, gold is nowhere to be found. Not credited, it also does not appear in the Microtransaction log. Contacted support about obviously, how long does it take support to have some feedback and a resolution? We are spending money to support them... the least they can do is credit the gold properly. I've been waiting like 3 weeks, emailed the support several times. i guess nobody is even reading the support mail.
