Advanced Skill Info and Weapon Swap Issues on Console

There seems to be no obvious way on console to set skills to cast from only one of my two weapon swaps, like on the advanced skill info screens on PC, where there is a Roman numeral 1 and 2 checkbox.

Also, the “advanced skill info” screens on console jump navigate between skills in no particular order. So if you pass up your skill, you can’t just go back- you have to go through them all again, and land on it next time.
