Unlocking account

I'm at the finish line unlocking my main account but i just need some1 to do it.
my account has been hacked > locked by support after that > i provided all the evidence receipts etc > got asked for an fresh throwaway account with a fresh email and an char that got to the 1st encampment > i provided the throwaway account and now i'm just waiting for days and days , for some1 to look into it and finish it off .
i don't want to be pushy but this last step it shouldn't take that long , instead of leaving me to wait weeks for something so easy to do , maybe just do it and let me go my way and you would solved a case it should take minutes..
Please someone could have a look at it?
