Accounts merge: 3rd month no solution

When PoE 2 early access were starting, redeeming Steam key was unavailable on website and I linked my email to log in and play via email. In this process some very old and abandoned account were merged (maybe I was trying to play PoE many years ago).

After few days I noticed that my account has 0 coins, 0 mtx, only basic stash tabs. So when I logged in, game logged me in old sub-account which has nothing. Basically this account even should not be able to log in into PoE 2 because I was buying it from website while was authorized via Steam. And, of course, I could not notice it earlier, after logged in, game gave me character class selection, I was too excited to play PoE 2 in launch day.

I wrote message to Support on this website at 7 December 2024. No any answer.

I wrote email message to support@grindinggear.com at 19 December 2024. Got answer that they could help me and requested some additional information at 6 January 2025. I wrote the answer at 8 January.

Today is 17 February 2025. Still no answer. Still no any changes. Its already 72 days passed from my first message. I was more than patient.

I know, I could create another character on another sub-account. But why it is so hard to transfer one character from one sub account to another and eliminate empty account? How long time should I wait? Why you so hate your playerbase?

As per a recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests.

Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour.

I'm in the same situation.

First message to support on 7th December. Emailed support on 10th Decemeber. Reply on 20th December asking for more details (some of which were in the original email). Replied to this the same day.

Since then, nothing.

If you guys are unable to sort this issue, plaese just tell us. Surely it cannot take *this* long to sort.
