Where can I make complain on support.
For the past two and a half months it has been impossible to change my email address associated with the poe account. I provided all the information it asked for and now for a month there has been silence. I already seem to have run out of problems with the huge amount of emails to support, so what's the point? As per a recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests. Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour. If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Please be assured that if you're waiting for a response from our Support team, they'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
