How long player have to wait for support ?

What is wrong with Your support mail ?
I wrote to You with missclicked stuff from shop You wrote me back that You can help me and nothing after my 3 mails in 3 weeks ! Is this normal for POE2 support ? Last bumped on Feb 17, 2025, 11:16:34 AM

As per a recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests. Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour. If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Waiting for about 3-ish month now as well. Maybe I get an answer when POE4 comes out.
