PS5 x Pc My stash tabs and Mtx can't be used !

On 02.17.2025, I purchased the Path of Exile 2 Supporter Pack on PlayStation 5 with my Rodeinnn PSN account. I also play the game on PC via Steam. I purchased a map stash tab with 120 points and started playing the game on PS5. Then I realized that I cannot use any of the stash tabs and mtx I purchased on PC on my PS5 account, and I also cannot use the stash tab I purchased on PS5 on my Steam account. After some research, I learned that products purchased on PC and PS accounts cannot be used together. This is clearly unacceptable and I did not see any information about this when I purchased the game. I spent more than $120 on this game and spent more than 400 hours, I am sure I will spend more time, but this problem has undermined my entire enjoyment of the game.

As a result, I request that the money for the poe2 I purchased from my Ps5 account be refunded to me, if this is not possible, I request that the 300 points promised to me when I purchased the ps5 be deposited into my pc account.
