Unable to purchase any Transactions from the shop POE2

After multiple emails to the requested support email. Left with one response, then ghost.

I have been attempting to purchase coins for bank tabs for over a month. Every time I try to purchase an item, I get either a temporary error message, or just a plain error message. I've tried with multiple cards, from multiple systems.

Contacted bank, they couldn't see where there was even any activity attempted for a withdrawl.

I bought the POE2 early access just fine using the same payment method. I've tried paypal, card number, etc.

I have sent a snip of the error message with the ticket I sent to GGG.

Is there anybody out there or is my multiple emails in file 13 for no response.
