Regarding Accidental Purchase of Multiple Skill Gem Stash Tabs & Communication Issues

Dear Path of Exile Community Moderators and Fellow Exiles,

I am writing to address an issue where I accidentally purchased two Skill Gem Stash Tabs in Path of Exile 2 on February 14, 2025, at 20:15 (UTC+8) due to an input lag during the transaction. My intention was to purchase only one tab, but I mistakenly confirmed the purchase twice.

Actions Taken So Far:

Contacted support via email immediately (Ticket ID: #HS:2849088493-1709938), providing my account name and character details (Character Names: 还太年轻 [Still Too Young], 重生之又上绞架 [Reborn on the Gallows Again]).

Received a reply requesting additional verification, but subsequent emails may not have been delivered due to a "proxy-sent" technical issue (emails marked as "Sent on behalf of").

Current Issues:

Duplicate purchase has consumed extra in-game currency for a redundant feature.

Communication with support has stalled, leaving the issue unresolved.

Request for Assistance:

If community moderators can escalate this ticket or provide a direct troubleshooting channel, it would be greatly appreciated.

To fellow players: Has anyone experienced similar accidental purchases? How long does the refund process typically take?
