How can be sure that Support Email is delivered?

Since you guys said, not to send emails again that will reset the queue(which I don't believe there is one), how can I make sure that my response has been delivered to you?

I have been locked out of my main account for a month now. I had to buy tabs in this account to play the event. I already spent like 800USD on my main account.

Just be honest with your paid customers. Please.

This doesn't give me assurance at all. There should be a way for it to track. Imagine spending 800+ on a product and you got locked out by a automated system and there is no response for a month without not being able to check on status.

Does management even know what is happening to their customers? Or just that they don't care because they already got the money?
