Support not responding for 16 days – Can’t change my deleted email! What to do?


I have an issue: my old email, which was linked to my PoE account since the release of PoE 2, was deleted by the email provider due to inactivity. Now I can’t change it in the account settings.

The system says: "An email should be sent to your current address soon", but that address no longer exists, so I can't confirm the email change.

I contacted support (support@grindinggear.com) 16 days ago, but I haven’t received any response.

I still have access to my account through Steam, and I remember my password, but without changing the email, there’s still a security risk.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there any ways to speed up the process or reach support through a different channel? How long does it usually take to get a response? Any advice would be appreciated!ты!

Same here but im waiting like 1 Month+ already...

When i heard about "Hacking" in PoE i changed my Password and Email. After that i realise my New Email Account dont receive any Emails from POE (its german Email Provider with .de at End). I cant login with it on Website and Poe Trade.

So i was like okey lets try change it back but you CANT coz im not geting ANY Emails from GGG to my new Email Account :D

So i stuck just like you. I still can login with help of Steam but it feels very bad right now... i think they focus on PoE 2 too much.
