GGG please my main account has been locked for 3 months

My account has been locked for 2 1/2 months(I think it was December 12th), it was locked because my steam account was hacked, but I managed to recover it right away. I sent an email to GGG and they asked for some information which I provided, stuff like first purchase, steam id, etc.
The last reply I got from them was 1 month ago, I've been very patience but I'm just starting to lose hope, I want to play the new PoE event on my account (which has all my MTX, stash tabs, etc) I don't want to make a new account without my stash, if someone from GGG sees this, please contact me through message or something like that, I really need help. Also I have not sent replies to the email thread because apparently it moves you back in queue, so I don't know what to do. Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 3:20:17 PM
