Game keeps crashing when fighting Zarohk

My game freeze and then close when im fighting Zarohk. When I reconnect I can't access the instance so all progress is lost. Fix this as its taking a long time to reach Zarohk, about 20 minutes for me, or cost about 2 divines to buy a test of time djinn. Very frustating.
