Charged stuff is not working!

I have lvl 90 Invoker Monk.
My Charged Staff skill has suddenly stopped working and I can't figure out why, I'm going crazy. I've tried re-deploying my gems, resetting my skill tree, and rerolling all the skills but I can't figure out why. Please help! I found out why, I forgot to activate resonance passive in the skill tree...

You can also get the charges from PROFANE RITUAL
CAST ON Freeze, Shock, Crit... My Power charges are always full that way using it on freeze. No need to waste skill tree points on resonance |
