What should I do if support hasn't responded to me for almost three weeks? I contacted them because I haven't received my early access keys from the purchased supporter pack.

King of the Faridun Supporter pack does not contain additional keys. If you have purchased other packs, the additional keys should be in the profile and called "PoE 2 Early access key"
