Would the new Behemoth Ascendency Work for Cyclone Maurader?

I'm not much of a builder, still not great at POE building, but at first glance it to me "Looks" like it might be really good for a Cyclone Maurader, but there might be some shortcomings that I just don't understand?

Cyclone's still one of my favorite skills in the game, and while I made it sort of work in the Settlers League last league it wasn't perfect, so I'm mostly just wondering if this new Ascendency would make Cyclone work better?

I’m using it and I love it. You can get really high HP so leaching is awesome. Be ready to die a lot as the character has to ramp. It had been fun, leaning into the meme, stacking fortifications and rage. Going big attack speed for rampage.
