Where's my mtx gone??????

All my unequipped mtx has disappeared. Was there yesterday and today all gone. Not only is the ps5 version a quarter of a game that hasn't been fixed in nearly 6 months of it being brought up and the PS4 version slow and fumbles at any whiff of large mobs but now more bugs or you just taking away stuff people have paid for?

Seems to be a bug because it keeps happening to me. You have to reload and hope they load for you. Don’t expect a fix from these “devs” anytime soon

I'd like to know what is going on with this too as I have the same issue. Seems completely random - most of the time I can only see what I'm already wearing and my portal skins (set to random for all) don't get applied. Just get the default one (which takes ages to appear, so it looks like it's trying and failing (this is Poe 1 - I don't have early access for 2 as I see you can't enable ssf in 2 on consoles and I won't play without it).

Sometimes (during the same session) it will pop back up and I need to make any changes real quick before it disappears again.

I'm used to feeling like console payers are far behind PC in terms of consideration, but not having consistent access to things I have paid for is frustrating and annoying.
