temple of chaos coin bug

just got a temple of chaos coin from act III in some place, insert it, go through the temple then died, resurrect then coin isnt there anymore and cant go in, any idea how to retrieve? or could you get it anyways randomly from exploring. (btw this is a lvl 44 coin, for the 5-6 ascedancy point)

These coins are one-time use. You can get them randomly.
But to get 5-6 ascedancy point in trial of chaos, you need a coin (Inscribed Ultimatum) lvl 75+ with 10 trials. Or you can get them in trial of sekhemas using a coin (Djinn Barya) lvl 60+ with 3 trials. |

oh make sense, because i thought from 3-4 ascedancy points you can retry as many as you can so its not a one time use, i get it now. Thanks!
