Unplayable SSF Necro Settlers characters not migrated on playstation

I mostly play via playstation now and had a level 65 character in SSF necro settlers that is unplayable and no available migrations. I had a few lower levels characters on PC that finally got migrated on Monday after the event was over for almost a week.

Both my PC sub account and PS sub account (linked) have this issue on the Sony side. On the PC side, only the pc sub account had a character that was in ssf necro settlers that is now migrated.

I have seen various other threads about this delayed migration but they all appear solved on the pc side.

Should I expect the same delay or virtual void league in the new event with SSF Phrecia character as well when this event ends?
