Please add passives or a system to reward player for taking quick breaks in attacks/casting.

I realized that I'd really like to get away from the press and hold blender jesus take the wheel attacks/spells style of PoE1.


So I'd like to recommend either nodes on the tree, or a generic all the time system that gives increased skill speed if you haven't used a skill in the last half second.

Basically, this rewards you for adding micro "waits" between individual attacks/spells on monsters. Which most people are doing anyways (go in, get a few hits, get out) when encountering difficult content. Leading to more considered skill usage.

It could be a few passive nodes around the tree, like 25% increased skill speed if you have not used a skill in the last .5 seconds.

Or it could be a system that adds a "tail" .5 ish after a skill where you can move without issue but not use a skill.

This also makes that first skill use after a slight reposition feel super snappy.
