The PoE2 experience on Linux - Stutters, lags, deaths

Here is the basic experience you can get in endgame using Linux with a (very) good PC configuration :

The configuration :
- Ryzen 9 7950X3D
- AMD RX 7900 XTX, 24GB VRAM
- Nvme 4x
- 64GB RAM DDR5 6000 CL36
- Gigabyte X870E Aorus pro ice

This is sad.
More love toward Linux and proton would be great GGG!

Overall you get stutter every now and then.
Shader compilation seems to be the culprit, but not always.
Playing in party is impossible since you cannot pause for the game to catch up.

I do not get why the game needs to compile shaders all the time; couldn't you take an hour and let the computer compile it once and for all? Can't Valve provide it to the user like for other games?
Why is the game only using 2.3GB of VRAM instead of the 24GB available?
Why is the game only using 5GB of RAM instead of the 64GB available?
Are the 32 CPU threads used as well?

After dying at least 10 time at lvl92, it's hard to motivate myself to play the game in this state since those deaths feels so unfair, and that's unfortunate because the game is good! (when smooth)
