Need Help: POE2 Account Linked to Wrong Xbox Account

I’m hoping to get some assistance with an issue I’ve been having regarding my POE2 account. I accidentally linked it to the wrong Xbox account and have been trying to resolve this for over a week.

I’ve already reached out to support via email multiple times but haven’t received a response yet. I completely understand that the team is busy, but I’m posting here in case anyone from the community or the official team can provide guidance or help escalate the issue.

Here’s what I’m hoping to achieve:

Unlink my POE2 account from the incorrect Xbox account.

Link it to the correct Xbox account instead.

If anyone has experienced something similar or knows the best way to get this resolved, I’d really appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance for your help!
