customer support has big issues since Poe 2
At this point i just want to let off some frustration of mine that has been ramping up over the last 3 Month with the support staff of GGG.
After playing Poe 1 for about 1500 hours i decided that i would like to support GGG on their new project by getting a supporter pack of Poe 2. Even tho for most people the supporter pack including the hoodie and t-shirt seem unreasonable expensive i still went for it cause i felt like the $/hr played was still reasonable. Since i am not from New Zealand i also had to pay shipping which was a bummer but i still did it. It has been 3 month since release now and even tho i reached out to the support team several times i did not get my stuff or any informations regarding the delivery. Just in case anyone thinks i spammed the support and therefore they ignore me. I wrote 3 Messages over the timespan of this 3 month and my last 2 E-Mails just got ignored by the support staff. I am a really understanding person when it comes to delays of any kind in customer service due to high demand but not even giving me any informations regarding my goods and even ignoring the last Mails i sent them is unacceptable. As of now i have no idea what to do anymore to get my stuff or a refund since GGG is not providing what i paid for. I really hope that somehow i am in the wrong here, because otherwise GGG lost all of my trust as a customers and i can only hope that others don't share my experience. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for their answer since I got my account locked and I am afraid I will no longer be able to participate poe1 league that recently started. It's sad, it's really sad that something I was waiting for a loooong time is not available to me anymore and I need to wait for the next league. It's so sad :(
