Level locking and a feature I would mostly prefer

When will PoE2 have level locking so I could low-level min-maxing for PvE and PvP content? The prospect of the developers wanting all their players to be in this "everyone should be doing end-game-grind" is something that D4 oversells, which unfortunately waters down every other aspect of the game, especially low-level content. Some players want to grind at level 30 and level lock while doing level 70 PvE content (for the memes/flexing) or twink their level 30 dueler against another level 30 dueler. I hope PoE2 can implement this level-locking feature rather than tunnel-visioning on this "everyone should be doing end-game-grind meta."

PvP ? Hate endgame grind ? LOL
