PLS make controller mod swich to WASD mod easier

When i want switch controller mod to WASD mod,i need to return to loggin screen,click mouse,go to setting,switch mousekeyboard mod to wasd mod.
can we make it easier?like in loggin screen,i press a keyboard button,it directly switch to WASD mod?
I know you guys plan to make mod change in game,but before it done,can we first make this happen?
