arbiter is bad

even with 35% boots i dont even have 1sec to react to where the storm or whatever it is is coming from. before i even try and move that direction im already dead.

all 6 tries not even once i had a chance, was never close enough.


i know i know git gud buy currency from some website and play 1 of the 2 specs the devs made super OP because they play them themselves.
