I bet the bots, cheaters, hackers will win the Act 3 Boss Kill Race.
And I hope GGG will implement its Code of Conduct or Terms of Service accordingly. Hackers and cheaters will win the race, why? Because they utilized CHEAT ENGINE to modify MEMORY ADDRESS to boost their damage, and so on. So good luck to those true players out there who plays fair and square. they wont care unless a lot of streamers complain. GGG has not learned anything from skill/ability manipulation to promote/protect their chosen Meta of the season to not caring about exploits unless too many others have noticed.
