What's your leveling tactic? (Standard)

I'm 97, and I've been doing...

T16 (no corrupt)
Harvest atlas
Abyss atlas
Searing Exarch (atlas)

I'm getting roughly... 2.5% a level per map? But I have no frame of reference on whether or not that's good.

Hoping to hear some strategies!

If your character can handle it, Heist is good for getting those last levels to 100. I've done that twice, solo :)

I've literally never even looked into Heists! Once I hit 98 (74% there atm), I'll look into it. (I don't wanna do new stuff with some exp hanging!)
Consider setting up a second atlas tree to try out breaches.

I leveled my Hierophant to 100 playing tier 16 Dunes and nothing but breaches back in December. The breach scarabs used were only the simple ones. On Standard they're about 30 for 1 divine though, I had a few hundred pooled up anyway. Then, obviously, I'm using the map device's breach option as well. I also threw in some Breachlord scarabs for that occasional Chayula splinter drop.

You could easily hit 99 doing this and it won't feel glacially slow, either. A coupled percentage XP per map and I'm probably underselling it. The 100 push may require more patience but it wasn't bad. It was very easy and pretty safe. Only one death on my end and that was a network lag lol



Don't forget to carry the omen.

Edit: Before I forget, I also grabbed the Heavy Breach notable from the passive tree making breaches open and close 30% slower. This helped me more consistently full clear each breach and the fun part is, you can pop open multiple breaches at a time. So in a wide & clear map like Dunes it can be overflowing with mobs to slay. :)

Hmmmmm... I've been filling my Favourited section with linear maps, but maybe I should reconsider. The big open areas are insane for Breaches, yeah.
step 1: just play the game
step 2: don't play a entire trash zhp character
step 3: learn to roll and respect map mods

easy level 100 in not even a week by just playing the game with no big afford.

Delve. Go as deep as you can and then go sideways.
I'm bumping this thread instead of making a new one. Breach leveling in Tier 16 Dunes. 5 Breach Scarabs + 6c Breach map device craft. 26c per map in Standard, roughly speaking. ~120c per divine. 30 or so scarabs per divine.

From 96 to 97: Over 10% xp per map | 10 maps or less | 260c or ~2 divs
From 97 to 98: ~6% xp per map | 17 maps | 442c or 3.7d
From 98 to 99: ~3.5 to 4% xp per map | 29 maps | 754c or 6.3d
From 99 to 100: ~2% xp per map | 50 maps | 1300c or 11d

Jun, Alva, and Delirium can add more xp and mobs to varying degrees. I didn't do that. Level 99, Breach + Beyond + rolling non-corrupted safe maps means about 2% xp per map on my end. Personal feeling: this was pretty good until reaching that 99th level and then things felt far more slow. This is where I started rotating in some breachstones to change things up.
Yeah juicing up breach/shrine has been pretty good for getting to 100 for me in the last few leagues. I think its not quite as strong since they nerfed the xp shrine scarab, but it still good. Jungle valley is a pretty good map.

Breachstones as well if you can afford them. Otherwise delve is good.

Timeless conflict is also good I think, though I couldn't get it to be as fast as the ones above with the solo builds I was playing.

Sanctum is also pretty good for xp if you can get through there quickly.

Safehouses also have good xp.

Some of the unique maps are good as well from kirac or otherwise, like untainted paradise and Cowards trial.

It's a pretty big grind if you're going for the last few levels.
