Corpse snake venom stuck in my inventory.

I have a quest item that has been stuck in my inventory for a week or two now. I can not drop it and I can not use it. I have tried to talk to Servi the quest says she has rewarded me but I still can not get rid of the vials.

Try this:
Go to waypoint and go to Act 3 Cruel, travel to the drowned city and once in go into Zig Encampment. Talk to servi. Saw this in another forum post, goodluck! Website is down.
