How to endgame?

Im just wondering. You dont get any gear upgrades in maps. Any Mob in Maps above Tier 12 can easily one-shot you. You cant do higher maps cuz you loose like 2-3h progress with loosing 10%!!! Experience if you die. Like, WTF? So, the strat is to... run Tier10 maps 12h a day to get 20% of the level, grind few weeks, get 2 more levels and then... still do t10 maps cuz everything above one-shots you? I dont get it if im being honest. Because it doesnt makes sense to run higher maps because you just get more risk, not more rewards. Where are the Gear upgrades? Like they NEED to have fixed gear in shop, like at lvl 10 u can get +1 skills on gear, lvl 20 +2 skills etc. Choose your substats or whatever. Grinding Gear is like very IRONIC if you compare to what the actual game is. "Grinding" means i can get gear if i "grind" it. Like 10h for 1 piece. Easy. In this game its more like weeks for a shitty base that u can toss into garbage after trying to craft something with it. Is it just me, or is this game like, either you have a very lucky account and get gear or you are just stuck and done?

Ya for the most part I just run trials of chaos for soul cores to exchange for currency. I get about 1% exp per run. At like 75% I will do maps cautiously with a group, and if the carry or group is subpar I dip immediately to not lose the exp. Making progress in endgame after level 90 takes dedication to that task ..you won't likely be looking for loot and also accidentally level up. Your more likely to die looking for loot so you won't ever actually level up lol

You get upgrades in maps and eventually a few pinnacle bosses. It is possible to play the game SSF as it is now. But i do agree that crafting options are not appealing or effectice at targeting upgrades.


If you're getting 1 shot in tier 10 maps then improving defenses would be my suggestion. there's a few ways to do that but the easiest to scale up i know is energy shield and evasion. There's 3 spirit buffs that go well together for ES/EV; grimfeast, ghostdance and wind dancer.
