Mouse/Keyboard input lag FIXED explained

I was having random mouse input lag to the point of unplayable while everthing else was running smooth 4k 90-140 fps hdr Global illumination and all then today my mouse is just unusable, steam community found this fix! im just passing it along!

in key binding page click defaults, and just redo your settings, for some reason the binding page if you have "one or more skills binded" in red capitals at the bottom, the game is for some reason thinking your in wsad and click to move

each flicker is it switching between modes, you can test it if ur mouse is being crazy slow click on the screen alot youll see you char move 1 out 5 clicks even when set to wsad/controller movement

if this only improves it a bit you can try going to pwr plan management-advanced-set cpu max to 99%, this will keep 1 % avail for mouse/keyboard instead of throwing 100% cpu at the game

spent 6 hrs on cpu gpu display settings wondering wtf was going on, but this seemed to instantly fix it, hope it helps
