Shield Charge
Please reduce the insanely long cool down and increase (big time) the shield damage since there are no shield nodes that correlate directly to the damage of this skill.
It's super fun and would be amazing if it was actually more viable endgame - this would be possible with a juicy dmg buff and big reduction in cool down - even maxed out with a support gem needed it's very high still and no ones going to be playing it using temp armor, hah!
