Need help with sacrificial quest… it’s bugged

The sacrificial heart quest for the 2 additional skill points is bugged. My teammate completed the quest and for some reason counted for both of us completing the quest and received 2 skill points and I did not… no matter how many times I reset the instance. It does not drop the heart or show the dagger anymore…. Please help!!!!
