Trade Store not linked to account

Hoping to find some help! I purchased POE 2 Through steam, and the poe.com site isn't recognizing or properly connected to my POE 2 account. I can't direct whisper anyone from the trade store, i copy whisper and get "player doesn't exist", and my character doesn't appear on my poe.com profile. Is there a quick fix? trying to buy some gear but cant!

Possibly another sub-account. There should be a "Switch account" button on the top left of the site.

I'm almost ashamed to admit why I was struggling but I'll go ahead and do it... Maybe it will save someone else the hassle haha.
I was logged into PoE1 website not PoE2. For the first time ever, I was able to buy stuff from the trade site, and my sorceress is 1000% better today than she was yesterday hahaha. thank you for the help! |
