This POE 2 race is a meme right?

This will be like watching geriatric marathon

how do we get races in 3 months of poe 2 but ignored in poe 1 where races are actually interesting? and i'm not talking about gauntlet racing sponsored by outside sources. or maybe we need more sponsored poe 1 races, idk.

but poe 2 is doing so bad they need to bring people in with this "race"

now if we made racing an esport and made poe 1 events i might care, but again, this seems like a desperate meme

I am not sure. So many weird decisions lately.

I'd imagine that since it's early EA, this is just test run of this particular event, and possibly we'll see more to come. I wouldn't expect everything possible to be dropped at once, or what would be the point of EA.

Is there a link to the ladder board? I don't see this event on either poe1 or poe2 website with the other ladder leader boards.

Yeah i mean if they had 10 years of experience in knowing exactly what works what doesn't and what players want it would be fair for a game they spent 6 years on to have much more features right.
