unique items buff

What do you think about the scale of uniques from the base level? Is it worth forcing this idea for GGG? I think this is the easiest way to fix the value of items.

Now:
12 out of 159 armor is worth something
3 out of 37 weapons is worth something
12 out of 57 accessories are worth something

I think this is a crime against the people who created these items. GGG needs to find a way for all items to have a meaning to exist.
