Difficulty Late Game PS5

Started on Tier XIV Maps with my level 80+ Ranger. Unfortunately, I keep dying due to an abundance of lag. I've lowered my graphics in hopes to promote performance, but to no avail. My partner plays on the PC and has no issue. With the XP penalty and the lack of power the PS5 has to keep up with the game, I can't progress. Even playing solo without the stress of a party, the system can't keep up. I've truly enjoyed the game and looked forward to the end game maps and citadels, but I literally can't play. Even in the Trials to get my ascendancy, I kept dying due to lag. I hope something can be done to make the game more friendly cross-plat.
